Who we are

Classic Paving is the data controller for any personal information you give us. You can reach us on 01865 389180.

What we collect

When you call, text or otherwise contact us we may keep your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and details of the work you're interested in, along with any photos you send.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, once you book, on the contract between us.

Sharing and storage

We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing. We may share what's needed with suppliers or our accountant to complete a job. We keep enquiry details for up to two years and job records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Call us to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
